Our specialized intake form will guide you through adding all necessary details, including the deceased's name, dates, service schedule/order of service, obituary text, family acknowledgements, pallbearer lists, and any family photographs you wish to feature.

Once you complete your checkout and receive your order confirmation number via email, simply scroll to the bottom of your purchased product's page to fill out our custom Order Intake Form. There, you can securely upload your text, schedule details, and photos directly to our design team.

We are proud to offer 100% free delivery and shipping to all clients located within a 50-mile radius of the Memphis area. For any deliveries outside of this 50-mile zone, a flat shipping fee of $10 will be added to your order.
